• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate

• ITIL 4 Foundation

• ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation / Lead Implementer

• Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 40 years

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration or Cloud Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, VPN and firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft or Cisco certification.
• SQL Server administration.
• PowerShell scripting.
• Microsoft Intune / Entra ID.
• ITIL or ISO 27001 experience.
