Conduct capacity analysis to support production planning and resource allocation.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency.

Carry out production studies to monitor and evaluate operational performance.

Perform bottleneck analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare Operation Bulletins (OB) for accurate process sequencing and time standards.

Execute line balancing to optimize manpower and machine utilization.

Allocate critical processes/operators to the line in advance of production start.

Ensure machine pre-setup for upcoming critical processes and follow up on execution.

Collect and analyze Non-Productive Time (NPT) and Quick Changeover (QCO) data, and conduct follow-up for improvement.

Support sewing skill up gradation, workstation design, and waste management initiatives.
