Senior Executive-SIS

The role will be responsible for translating retail requirements into practical and cost-effective store designs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring renovation projects are delivered with the required quality, safety standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail outlet design, furniture and fixture planning, renovation materials, cost optimization, and project supervision, along with a hands-on approach to managing multiple projects and field activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for outlet renovation design and supervision, supporting the Retail Department as required.

• Prepare furniture and fixture layout plans for upgrading outlets within the assigned time frame.

• Introduce innovative materials to achieve better results and cost savings.

• Prepare Estimated Bill of Quantity (EBQ) based on layout plans.

• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, including fire alarms, smoke detectors, electrical layout, extinguishers, and emergency exits.

• Recommend cost optimization by reusing old materials where feasible, in consultation with the Administration Team.

• Conduct site visits with the Operations Team prior to layout preparation and ensure timely project execution.

• Verify quality and quantity of furniture and fixtures after renovation, along with representatives from relevant departments.

• Update rate charts for furniture and fittings annually by collecting market prices, following Procurement SOPs.

• Monitor all renovation works, ensure warranty compliance, and enforce penalties for unjustified delays.
