Senior Executive, Procurement, Supply Chain

Job Purpose:

Manage procurement for civil construction projects, including sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, cost optimization, and timely delivery of materials and services to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of civil construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Source and develop qualified suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, conduct commercial negotiations, and recommend suppliers.
• Analyze BOQ, technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Finance, and Site Teams.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials.
• Conduct market intelligence and cost benchmarking.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor performance.
• Prepare comparative statements and procurement reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
• Support contract preparation, execution, and vendor claim management.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering.
• MBA/Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement and sourcing of civil construction projects.
• Experience in telecom infrastructure, data center, power, industrial, or large-scale construction projects preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and contracting.
• Experience in tender evaluation and contract management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
