Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Speciality Centre Ltd. is looking for a skilled, proactive and service-oriented IT professional to join our team as Senior Executive – Information Technology. Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and other network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, hardware and connectivity-related issues.
- Provide technical support for hospital information systems, enterprise applications and other business-critical software.
- Manage user accounts, access rights and system permissions in accordance with organizational policies.
- Monitor IT systems and ensure availability, reliability and smooth day-to-day operation.
- Assist in server administration, network device configuration, system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, service records, technical documentation and system-related reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment, software, networking and maintenance.
- Support data backup, recovery and information security activities.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures and information security standards.
- Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, software implementation and technology improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support for meetings, presentations, training sessions and other organizational activities.
- Monitor and respond to IT incidents and service requests within defined timelines.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions for improved system reliability.
- Perform any other IT-related responsibilities assigned by management.
