Senior Executive-HR, Administration & Compliance

Unicorn Properties Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Administration and Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, maintaining HR compliance, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.

• Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities and maintain employee records.
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters.
• Ensure timely follow-up on assigned HR activities and maintain proper documentation.
• Support various corporate HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
• Assist in coordinating training and development programs.
• Handle internal and external communication, correspondence, emails, letters and official documents.
• Arrange and coordinate weekly meetings, management meetings, staff meetings and employee events.
• Maintain proper records of administrative documents, correspondence and office-related information.
• Coordinate the timely dispatch and submission of documents to concerned persons, offices and organizations.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Department for apartment registration and customer-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, documentation, customer service) for smooth handover and after-sales support.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor and Management.
