Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

The Sales & Marketing Executive generates sales leads, promotes land projects, meets prospective customers, achieves assigned sales targets, maintains customer relationships, and supports the successful execution of marketing activities. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote the company`s land projects to customers through direct sales, referrals, and digital channels.

• Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and marketing campaigns.

• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.

• Close sales and ensure proper completion of booking procedures.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate project information.

• Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

• Coordinate transportation and customer visit schedules when required.

• Collect customer feedback after site visits.
