Job Context

Star Tech Ltd is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Corporate Sales Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to drive corporate sales for our leading portfolio of IT products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business clients, understanding their technological needs, and providing tailored hardware solutions including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking devices, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach corporate clients including SMEs, enterprises, educational institutions, NGOs, and government offices for IT hardware solutions.
Generate leads through corporate visits and networking.
Understand client requirements and recommend customized IT hardware packages (e.g., Laptops, PCs, workstations, servers, UPS, accessories).
Prepare and deliver persuasive product demos and technical presentations.
Suggest appropriate product bundles, upgrades, and maintenance services.
Draft quotations, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and handle price negotiations based on client budgets and volume.
Finalize deal terms in coordination with the accounts and legal teams.
Manage post-sales client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Resolve any client complaints or delivery issues promptly in coordination with the service/delivery team.
