MIS - Manager/Head Of MIS

Context:

Gana Unnayan Kendra (GUK) is seeking a qualified and committed person for the position of MIS-Manager/Head of MIS to strengthening organizational Microfinance system.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide support to the program staff and partners to ensure that they are regularly reporting the outputs and outcomes on beneficiaries through the agreed MIS process.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports Like; all branch, area, zone Base OTR, New due, Saving, MF progrmme Profit-loss report etc.
• Collect, collate and process information and perform data quality and consistency control.
• Produce summary statistics and prepare dashboard.
• Manage and Implement MIS System and provide training on MIS system.
• The job holder will be expected to adhere to and support GUK Safety and Security policy and systems as part of their day to day duties, and comply, at all times, to safety & security protocols and directives, including reporting.
• Staff must maintain situational and self – awareness and be aware of the safety – security related consequences of their actions upon themselves, their team and the organization as a whole.
