Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines with accuracy and integrity.
Candidates having exposure to Transportation/corporate vehicle rental service provider, financial services, or other regulated industries will be given preference.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to support and manage the Company’s financial operations, with particular focus on Company Tax & VAT, Internal Audit, General Accounting, Banking, and statutory compliance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Manage and assist in Company Tax and VAT-related activities, including preparation, filing, reconciliation, documentation, and statutory compliance.
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable Income Tax, VAT & Supplementary Duty laws, rules, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
Support the preparation and submission of Tax Returns, VAT Returns, withholding tax statements, certificates, and other statutory documents.
Conduct internal audits and financial reviews of company transactions, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Review vouchers, invoices, bills, ledgers, bank transactions, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain and support general accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
Perform bank reconciliations and support day-to-day banking activities, payment processing, and bank account management.
Coordinate with commercial banks, tax/VAT authorities, auditors, and other regulatory bodies as required.
Assist in maintaining proper financial records, audit files, tax/VAT documentation, and statutory records.
Support management in strengthening internal financial controls, accounting procedures, and compliance systems.
Identify financial and operational risks and assist in implementing appropriate internal control measures.
Ensure all assigned financial activities are completed accurately, confidentially, and within prescribed deadlines.
Perform other Finance & Accounts-related duties assigned by management.
Candidates who have completed CA-CC (Chartered Accountancy – Course Completed) are strongly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with practical exposure to Tax, VAT, Internal Audit, General Accounting, and Finance, particularly within transportation, corporate vehicle rental, fleet management, financial services, or other regulated industries.
