Job Context

We are seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Manager (Operations) to lead our e-commerce operations in a fast-paced online retail environment. This role focuses on order processing, building B2B connections, and managing wholesale operations. You will oversee overall e-commerce activities and digital marketing efforts to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess a "can-do" attitude, fluency in WordPress WooCommerce, and a proven track record in optimizing online stores for sales and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Order & Logistics Management: Process customer orders efficiently, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and seamless coordination with logistics for timely delivery.

• B2B & Wholesale Expansion: Build and maintain B2B connections, negotiate partnerships, and expand the wholesale client base to increase revenue streams.

• Operations & Pricing: Oversee retail and wholesale operations, including pricing strategies, bulk order handling, and supplier relations.

• Platform Maintenance: Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth platform functionality, product listings, and an optimized user experience on WordPress WooCommerce.

• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media campaigns, email marketing, and PPC ads to boost traffic and conversions.

• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics; generate actionable reports and recommend data-driven improvements for operations and marketing.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align e-commerce strategies with business goals and swiftly resolve operational bottlenecks.
