Zencore Solutions Limited is a growing technology and ERP solutions company specializing in implementation, business process automation, custom software development, and digital transformation solutions.

As we continue to expand our ERP implementation team, we are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect, preferably in Odoo, to drive end-to-end ERP architecture, lead development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role combines technical leadership, system design, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end ERP solutions aligned with business requirements, preferably in Odoo.
• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring code quality, scalability, and timely delivery
• Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines
• Oversee custom module development, integrations, and system customization
• Drive system performance optimization and high-availability architecture
• Manage system upgrades, migrations, and deployment strategies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical blueprints
• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical mentoring
• Ensure proper documentation, testing strategy, and release management
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency
