Senior Customer Service Executive

Prescription Point Ltd. Diagnostic Center is seeking a smart, dynamic, and customer-focused Executive / Sr. Executive – Customer Care to ensure excellent patient service. The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries, appointments, calls, follow-ups, and complaints while coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients and attendants with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding diagnostic tests, health check-up packages, appointments, reports, and other services.

• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and provide accurate information to customers.

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with doctors and relevant departments.

• Assist patients with registration, billing, sample collection, report delivery, and other service-related processes.

• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and service-related issues.

• Receive and address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with the Reception, Laboratory, Doctors, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth patient services.

• Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups.

• Ensure a positive patient experience and maintain the organization`s service standards.

• Support customer retention and promote relevant diagnostic services and health check-up packages when appropriate.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
