Senior Counselor

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Senior Student Counselor with 2–3 years of proven experience in overseas education consultancy. This role demands end-to-end case management, team mentoring, university liaison, and driving lead conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Counseling: Conduct profile assessments and guide students through university selection, admissions, and visa processes for target destinations (UK, Australia, Canada, USA, EU).

• Lead Conversion: Manage inbound leads via phone, in-person consultations, and walk-ins to meet monthly targets.

• Complex Case Handling: Manage end-to-end documentation, financial vetting, and high-difficulty cases (such as prior refusals or study gaps).

• Delegate & Event Representation: Meet visiting university representatives and represent the consultancy at education fairs, roadshows, and partner events.

• Media & Outreach: Participate in Facebook Live sessions, promotional video shoots, and marketing campaigns to build student trust and drive inquiries.

• Mentorship & Reporting: Guide junior team members on country guidelines, update CRM records, and report conversion metrics to management.
