We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective clients or sub agent or trade partnet, understanding their goals, recommending suitable for 1st world country and work permit requirements and guiding them throughout the job placement and visa preparation journey.

This is a senior-level, target-oriented position that requires strong knowledge of overseas skill migration counselling, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with foreign job seeker. The candidate should be confident in handling overseas job placement consultations independently and capable of contributing to the growth and performance of the counselling team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in international education, particularly higher education opportunities in 1st world country, and a genuine commitment to helping foreign job seeker make informed decisions about their future.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional one-to-one counselling to foreign job seeker and sub agent and trade partners interested in pursuing job placement

• Assess foreign job seeker previous backgrounds, career goals, financial capabilities, language proficiency, and overall profiles to recommend suitable for foreign job seeker , and foreign workers
