Prepare quotations, proposals and necessary service-related documents.

Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle client queries and complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales, consultation and business development targets.
Prepare regular reports on client follow-ups, sales and business activities.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations and events.
