Senior Area Manager/ Area Manager

BioTech Services is a company engaged in sales & marketing, distribution and technical service support of medical diagnostics equipment and reagents across various diagnostic labs and hospitals in Bangladesh. BioTech Services is the exclusive distributor of world-renowned brands such as Sysmex Corporation (Japan), Roche Diagnostics (Switzerland), Arkray Corporation (Japan), Helena Biosciences Europe (UK) and RR Mechatronics (The Netherlands).

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies, plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives
• Define and maintain customer segments, identify customer needs, prioritize markets and generate market insights across the organization
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for prospective customers project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• Prepare and submit sales reports and present them to senior management
• Coordinate with clients and partners to qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and successfully close deals
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
