British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for a Security Officer- Western Region

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor the performance of security service providers, systems, and procedures in line with Security SOPs.
Identify, assess, and report potential security breaches, criminal threats, and SoBC violations, advising on appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure effective access control and compliance with security standards through proper system management and contractor oversight.
Support investigations of security incidents and recommend preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all physical and technical security systems, including enforcing maintenance standards.
Provide regular reports and insights to the Regional Security Manager on security performance, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Support risk assessments, training initiatives, and internal compliance exercises (e.g., clear desk reviews) within the region.
