• Control the assign shift overall operational security of the entire depot.
• Ensure the safety and security of approximately 400 staff members, physical assets, and cargo.
• Conduct regular and systematic security patrolling across the depot perimeter and yard.
• Plan, assign, and manage daily shift and duty rosters for the security guard force.
• Maintain a special monitoring team strictly dedicated to the CFS and Import/CSD sections.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and provide regular training to security guards.
• Control depot gates and strictly maintain the vehicle in/out process.
• Verify gate passes, delivery orders/Chalan and driver credentials for all incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Enforce strict anti-pilferage protocols during container unstuffing and cargo handling.
• Monitor workforce and visitor access control to ensure strict entry compliance.
• Act as the first responder to security breaches, workplace accidents, or disputes.
• Draft detailed shift logs, incident reports, and daily security summaries for management.
• Maintain liaison with local law enforcement and port security agencies when necessary.
