3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or Security In-Charge role.
Experience in woven garments and washing factories will be preferred
Manage overall security and safety of the factory premises, employees, visitors and company assets.
Supervise security guards, duty rosters, attendance and daily security operations.
Control entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials through proper gate-pass procedures.
Monitor CCTV, conduct regular security patrols and identify potential security risks.
Ensure proper security of garments, fabrics, accessories, machinery, warehouse and washing areas.
Prevent theft, unauthorized access, pilferage and loss of company property.
Support management during fire, accidents, emergencies and other critical situations.
Investigate and report security incidents and take necessary preventive actions.
Maintain security registers, incident reports and other required documents.
Ensure compliance with company security policies, buyer requirements and applicable laws.
Conduct regular briefings and training for security personnel.
Coordinate with Administration, Fire & Safety and local authorities when required.
