SAP Data Migration Lead (Functional) - (Anywhere in India; Preferred Bangalore

·10+ years of experience leading global SAP S/4HANA data migration and transformation programmes across complex SAP landscapes

·Strong SAP S/4HANA Data Migration experience.

·At least 2 full SAP project lifecycles with significant migration involvement.

·Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data.

·Experience across SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, or Manufacturing.

·Strong understanding of data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities.

·Hands-on exposure to SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / Fiori Migration Apps).

·Experience coordinating mock loads and cutover activities.

·Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

·Exposure to SAP Data Services, Syniti, SNP, Winshuttle, orand wider ETL tooling would be advantageous.

·Experience within global consulting or large SAP transformation programmes preferred.

·Life Sciences or regulated industry experience would be advantageous.
