Position Overview
AKMMCH is looking for a smart, energetic, customer-focused, and responsible Salesman (Pharmacy) to support pharmacy sales operations, ensure proper dispensing of medicines as per authorized prescriptions, assist customers, and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process medicine orders and prescriptions accurately.
Dispense medicines strictly according to authorized prescriptions and pharmacy procedures.
Provide courteous and professional service to patients and customers.
Explain basic medicine-related information as directed by the Pharmacist.
Check medicine names, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before delivery.
Prepare bills and collect payments accurately.
Maintain daily sales, cash, and transaction records.
Assist in stock checking, receiving, arranging, and replenishing medicines.
Monitor near-expiry and damaged products and report to the concerned authority.
Maintain proper cleanliness and organized arrangement of the pharmacy.
Coordinate with Pharmacists, Doctors, Nursing, Billing, Store, and other departments.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Follow hospital pharmacy policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
