About The Role

We are a freight forwarding company specializing in B2B bulk shipments between China and Bangladesh, offering custom sourcing and both air and sea freight solutions. We're looking for a Sales & Support Executive to grow our client base and manage end-to-end customer service for import/export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients needing bulk import/export services between China and Bangladesh
• Handle client inquiries related to sourcing, pricing, and shipment options (air/sea)
• Prepare and share freight quotations, and negotiate rates with clients
• Track shipments and provide clients with regular status updates
• Resolve customer issues related to delays, documentation, or customs
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients (retention & upselling)
• Coordinate with internal operations, customs clearance, and logistics teams
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and shipments in CRM/Excel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, trading, or import/export sales (preferred)
• Understanding of B2B sourcing from China and international shipping (air/sea) processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of customs documentation (L/C, B/L, CO, invoice, packing list, etc.
