Job Context: We are currently hiring highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as Sales Executive for Super Shops & Institutions. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate Modern Trade Sales Officers (MTSOs) and super shops/institutions.
Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets.
Monitor merchandising and ensure optimal product display.
Track inventory, report damages/expiry, and manage stock levels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare reports on orders, deliveries, and sales activities.
Share updates on growth opportunities and expansion plans with clients.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour for insights.
Execute and manage customer promotion programs in modern trade.
Handle order processing and payments accurately and efficiently.
Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by management.
