Responsibilities & Context

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Generate Leads from corporate accounts and travel agencies for an online B2B booking engine.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
Identify new potential customers, set up ideal prospecting strategies
Communicate with Tourism Companies, Agencies and transport company submit regular sales reports and updates.
Selling our online booking engine (Nationally & Internationally)
Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation and understanding account requirements.
Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationships.
Act as a link between your customer and the internal teams. Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers & any other related task.
Participate in preparing the sales plan with the Business developer.
Being responsible for account managing, sustaining and maximizing revenues from named key accounts.
Conducting sales visits, solution demonstrations and presentations , set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Build long-term relationships with existing, as well as, new clients.
Attend exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events either internal. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information resenting and marketing company’s services to new customers.
Maximize outside sales development through proactive activities. Complete sales report to track and account for all sales activities.
Reach monthly sales target.
Reviewing sales performance.
Negotiating contracts and packages and transport.
2–3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, preferably in travel, tourism, ticketing, transportation or hospitality.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for corporate visits and client meetings.
The employee must achieve the minimum monthly sales target assigned by management.
Ensure proper follow-up after quotations and sales.
Collect customer feedback and report important issues to management.
Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.
Visit and develop relationships with companies, NGOs, educational institutions, embassies, travel agencies and other organizations.
Develop new business opportunities for tour packages, air tickets and AC Coaster rental services.
Suggest new marketing initiatives to increase sales and brand visibility.
