Sales & Marketing Executive (Automobile)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, E-commerce

• Age At least 22 years

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of proven sales experience
• Strong experience in automobile / reconditioned car sales preferred
• Proven sales record — candidates should be able to provide details of their previous sales performance
• Strong customer handling, negotiation & closing skills
• Must personally handle Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp messages, customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Must be able to properly manage customers from initial inquiry until final sale
• Comfortable appearing in car review & walkaround videos
• Good spoken Bangla & English
• Able to manage the complete customer journey: Inquiry → Follow-up → Showroom Visit → Test Drive → Negotiation → Booking → Sale

Additional Skills — Preferred but Not Mandatory: 

• Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads and digital marketing
• Experience generating and managing online leads
• Experience planning or managing advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of social media marketing and customer acquisition
