Sales Executive / Sr Executive

Generate leads through direct marketing, digital platforms, networking, referrals, and field visits.

Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present projects, pricing, payment plans, facilities, and investment opportunities.

Arrange site visits, follow up with prospects, negotiate, close sales, and achieve assigned targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, investors, and homebuyers.

Manage booking, down-payment collection, sales documentation, and payment-related coordination.

Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Accounts, Admin, HR, and Project teams for smooth customer service.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.

Conduct market research and monitor customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.

Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and corporate sales activities, both online and offline.

Maintain updated knowledge of company projects, pricing, policies, payment plans, and legal documentation.

Prepare sales reports and analyze sales performance and growth.

Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvement.

Maintain professional conduct, ethical sales practices, punctuality, and excellent customer service.
