Central air-conditioning systems, chiller systems, and solar-powered air-conditioning solutions; and Related mechanical, electrical, and engineering services.

• Develop and implement sales strategies, targets, and business development plans.

• Build, lead, and manage the sales and business development team.

• Develop key accounts, strategic partnerships, and project opportunities.

• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, negotiations, and major commercial opportunities.

• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer relationship development.

• Excellent English communication skills are required. Chinese or Japanese language ability will be an advantage.

• Professional knowledge and experience in solar PV and energy storage and/or central HVAC engineering are preferred.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.
