Sales Development Representative - LATAM

• Lead first conversations that uncover current workflow, pain points, and buying intent.
• Qualify (and disqualify) opportunities using a structured framework (e.g., BANT) so Account Executive time goes to the best-fit prospects.

• Track and report on outreach performance (connect rates, reply rates, meetings booked) and use the data to sharpen your approach.
• Partner with Marketing on messaging and lead sources, and share prospect feedback with Product to help shape the roadmap.
• Participate in team stand-ups and coaching sessions, and bring what you learn in the field back to the team.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure outreach messaging, targets, and motion are locked-in.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development. SaaS experience is a plus.

• Genuine curiosity about how enterprise teams work, and a habit of asking good questions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-4 years of experience.
