Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and promoting the company’s logistics and transportation services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting customer service initiatives, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure client requirements are met. The Specialist will participate in client meetings, deliver product and service presentations, and provide training or guidance to colleagues on sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
