Responsibilities & Context

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the assigned RISE outlet and ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning, team supervision, and customer engagement.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to ensure productivity, discipline, and achievement of individual and outlet targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor stock levels, product movement, replenishment, transfers, and ensure proper stock management.
Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising, product displays, store layout, and brand guidelines.
Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, daily sales reports, and other necessary operational records.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer conversion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security procedures, and operational standards.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Audit, Warehouse, and Head Office teams regarding outlet-related matters.
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall presentation of the outlet.
Prepare and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management.
Take responsibility for minimizing stock loss, damages, operational errors, and other discrepancies.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and maintain a professional working environment at the outlet.
