Key Responsibilities

Manage overall day-to-day restaurant operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and manage restaurant staff.
Prepare duty rosters, shifts, and attendance.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Control food cost, wastage, inventory, and operational expenses.
Monitor daily sales and cash handling.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and SOPs.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant employees.
Ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
