Work experience with a top-five mobile phone brand in Bangladesh.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
8+ years of experience in regional sales, channel management, distribution, or a related field.
Strong experience in dealer/distributor and retail network management.
Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Lead regional sales operations and achieve revenue, volume, distribution, and market-share targets.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market opportunities.
Manage and expand dealer, distributor, retailer, and Point of Sale (POS) networks.
Identify new retailers and customers and drive product purchase and market penetration.
Ensure product availability, stock management, channel expansion, and sell-out performance.
Execute consumer engagement, activation, promotional, and market development activities.
Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key business partners.
Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
Identify business gaps and implement effective action plans.
