Performance Expectations

The selected RSM must demonstrate measurable market activity from the beginning.

Performance will primarily be evaluated based on:

• Sales + Collection + Active Outlets + Secondary Sales + Distributor Productivity + Team Productivity
• Market visits, meetings and planning alone will not be considered sufficient performance.

First 30-Day Expectations

The selected RSM should:

• Complete territory and distributor assessment.
• Review existing sales, dealers, outlets and market outstanding.
• Identify high-potential markets.
• Restructure or activate sales routes where required.
• Start new outlet placement immediately.
• Develop new distributors where necessary.
• Improve existing distributor productivity.
• Generate measurable billing and collection.
• Build a productive field sales team.

31–60 Day Expectations

The RSM should demonstrate:

• Increased active outlet coverage.
• Improved secondary sales.
• Distributor repeat ordering.
• Improved SR/SO productivity.
• Regular collection.
• Better stock rotation.
• Growing monthly sales.

61–90 Day Expectations

The assigned region should show measurable improvement in:

• Monthly sales
• Collection
• Active retail outlets
• Repeat orders
• Distributor productivity
• Field-force productivity
• Market coverage

COCO Baby Diaper is already operating in the market. Therefore, prolonged market observation without measurable sales activity will not be accepted as satisfactory performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in RSM / Area Sales leadership position preferred.
• High-performing ASM/TSM candidates with strong FMCG market-development experience may also apply.
• Strong General Trade distribution experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in Baby Care, Personal Care, Toiletries, Food, Beverage or other fast-moving consumer products will be an advantage.
• Must have practical distributor appointment and management experience.
• Must have experience managing sales teams.
• Must understand secondary sales, outlet productivity and route management.
• Must have good knowledge of credit and collection management.
• Must be willing to work extensively in the field.

Regional Experience Preference

• Candidates having previous sales experience, distributor contacts or strong market knowledge within the preferred region will receive priority.
