Reception & Patient Service

• Welcome patients and attendants politely and professionally.
• Provide information regarding hospital services, doctors, departments, consultation schedules, and diagnostic services.
• Handle patient inquiries in person and over the telephone.
• Guide patients to the appropriate department, doctor, diagnostic unit, or billing counter.
• Maintain a professional and friendly reception environment.

Investigation Report Delivery

• Receive and verify completed laboratory and diagnostic investigation reports.
• Ensure reports are properly matched with the correct patient ID, name, and investigation details.
• Deliver printed reports to patients or authorized attendants after proper verification.
• Inform patients when reports are ready for collection.
• Coordinate with the Laboratory, Radiology, and other diagnostic departments regarding pending reports.
• Maintain proper records of report delivery and collection.
• Immediately report any discrepancy, missing report, or incorrect patient information to the concerned supervisor.

Patient Record & Documentation

• Maintain patient and report-related records accurately.
• Ensure confidentiality of all patient information and investigation reports.
• Handle documents carefully and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Support data entry and updating of patient information when required.

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, radiology staff, billing, and other departments.
• Handle patient complaints politely and refer complex issues to the appropriate authority.
• Communicate report-related information clearly without interpreting or explaining medical findings.
