What You'll Do
Welcome patients, manage appointments, handle calls & billing, and be the heartbeat of our reception area.
What We're Looking For
SPM/Diploma holder with 1–2 years front desk/customer service experience
Clinic or hospital experience? Big plus!
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin = bonus points )
A multitasking pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with shifts, weekends & public holidays
