Bachelor / Honors degree from a recognized university. A graduate or postgraduate degree is an added advantage.

At least 8 to 10 years of hands-on, practical experience in hairpiece and wig quality control (toupees, wigs, and ornaments).

Direct experience working as a quality controller in a wig-manufacturing production line is highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in wig-making techniques and deep knowledge of quality control parameters for synthetic and human hair processing.
Industry Background: Cosmetics / Toiletries / Personal Care, Handicrafts, or Multinational Companies.
Demographic Criteria: Age at least 30 years.

Artnature Bangladesh Limited, a subsidiary of Artnature Inc., Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan, is seeking a high-caliber Quality Controller for its new plant in the Bangladesh Special Economic Zone (BSEZ), Araihazar, Narayanganj. This specialized role is responsible for upholding Japanese quality standards across the processing and manufacturing of hairpieces, toupees, wigs, wiglets, and custom hair accessories made from human and synthetic hair.

Multi-Stage Quality Inspection: Conduct rigorous quality control inspections across all manufacturing and processing stages for premium hairpieces, toupees, wigs, wiglets, and custom hair accessories.
Material & Finished Goods Verification: Inspect incoming raw materials (human hair and synthetic supplies) and finished goods to ensure compliance with Artnature technical standards.
Standardized Quality Testing: Establish and execute standardized testing procedures to evaluate hairpiece durability, color consistency, base mesh integrity, and hair knotting precision.
Defect Analysis & Corrective Actions: Identify manufacturing defects early, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate with production supervisors to implement corrective actions.
Workflow Optimization & R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize hair-processing workflows, maintain Japanese craftsmanship, and minimize raw material waste.
Team Leadership & Training: Lead and train quality inspectors to ensure strict adherence to corporate quality assurance protocols and structured industrial workflows.
