Purchase Executive

Role Description The Purchase Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in CEPZ, Chattogram, Bangladesh.

•Prepare daily purchase plans based on operational requirements and the guidance of the reporting manager.

‎•Conduct regular market visits to source mechanical items, spare parts, and required services.

‎•Coordinate with user departments to understand and finalize technical specifications before procurement.

‎•Collect and evaluate quotations from suppliers through email, telephone, or direct communication.

‎•Coordinate with the Transport Department regarding vehicle requirements and service-related purchases.

‎•Prepare cash requirement plans and submit cash adjustment reports on a timely basis.

‎•Monitor the delivery schedule of purchased goods and ensure proper handover to the Store Department.

‎•Prepare and submit daily purchase reports to management.

‎Prepare daily and monthly cash purchase reports.

‎•Review and monitor daily and monthly Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to ensure timely processing.

‎•Maintain accurate procurement records and supporting documentation.

‎•Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.
