Online Properties Ltd is a reputed real estate development company. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Store & Inventory Officer to manage, control and maintain construction and finishing materials at our ongoing residential project.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record project materials.
Maintain proper storage, security, and stock records.
Issue materials against approved requisitions only.
Maintain flat/unit-wise material records.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation.
Monitor material wastage, damage, and loss.
Prepare daily/monthly inventory reports.
Maintain all store-related documents and records.
