Project Lifecycle Management (Core Workflow)
- Take charge of the MW link project immediately upon receipt of the work assignment / work order from the client and plan the complete execution roadmap.
- Prepare and submit an accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for each assigned link/site within the agreed turnaround time, and follow up with the client until approval.
- After BOQ approval, raise the IR (Item Requisition) and coordinate with the client warehouse, internal store and logistics team to ensure timely issuance, transportation and receipt of equipment and accessories.
- Upon equipment receipt, prepare the MOS (Method of Statement) with detailed scope, resources, safety plan and schedule, and obtain client approval.
- After MOS approval / assignment, deploy and assign competent field teams for MW installation, commissioning and antenna alignment.
- Supervise and conduct the PAT (Pre-Acceptance Test) jointly with the client, ensure all snags are closed within the shortest possible time, and secure formal acceptance.
- After PAT completion, drive the billing process — compile all supporting documents (acceptance sheet, alignment report, PAT report, completion certificate, photographs), submit the bill to the client, and follow up until payment realization.
Technical Management
- Manage installation, commissioning, integration and alignment of Huawei microwave equipment — RTN 910A, RTN 950A, along with ISM6 and ISM8 cards — in both XPIC and Hybrid configurations.
- Manage installation, commissioning, integration and alignment of NEC microwave equipment — iPASOLINK V4, iPASOLINK 400A, iPASOLINK 200 and iPASOLINK 400 — in both XPIC and Hybrid configurations.
- Review link budget, path profile, LOS survey outcomes and antenna/ODU configuration; validate design feasibility before mobilization.
- Ensure correct MW link configuration — 1+0, 1+1 HSB/SD, XPIC, Hybrid, ring and chain topology — and verify RSL, BER, throughput and performance against the design target.
- Troubleshoot MW transmission faults during implementation and support the O&M team for post-acceptance issue resolution when required.
- Ensure quality of installation — grounding, cabling, waveguide/IF cable dressing, labeling and workmanship — as per client standards and OEM guidelines.
Team, Resource & Stakeholder Management
- Plan manpower, tools, test instruments (power meter, RSL meter, laptop with NMS/craft terminal), vehicles and logistics against the monthly rollout target.
- Lead, guide, monitor and evaluate engineers, supervisors, riggers and subcontractor teams; identify skill gaps and arrange on-the-job training.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the client's project, planning, implementation and quality teams; attend regular review meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers — work allocation, rate negotiation, performance monitoring and bill verification.
- Control project cost against budget and continuously look for efficiency improvement without compromising quality.
Reporting, Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain and circulate daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports, dashboards and MIS to management and the client.
- Monitor and report project KPIs — TAT, first-time-right acceptance rate, snag rate, resource utilization and billing turnaround.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements, particularly work-at-height and tower-climbing safety, PPE usage and toolbox talks.
- Maintain complete project documentation and ensure traceability for audit and billing purposes.
- Perform any other responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.
