Role Purpose:
Day-to-day execution control of Jolshiri projects and ensure schedule, quality, and cost targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare micro-schedules, weekly plans, and resource deployment for each project.
Coordinate with PEs, contractors, SCM, and Inventory for uninterrupted workflow.
Monitor QC, safety, material usage, and work methods daily.
Validate PE measurements and forward bills to billing team.
Track monthly cost vs progress and report variances.
Maintain contractor discipline, documentation, and escalation control.
Report project-level risks and recovery plans to the Zonal Head.
