Hunter instinct: a track record of creating pipeline from nothing rather than working inbound or an inherited book
Closing experience: 5+ years selling and closing complex enterprise SaaS platforms that require integration, customization, and multi stakeholder implementation
Fast learner: evidence you have sold more than one product successfully, since this role will ask you to learn a new product line deeply and quickly
High velocity discipline: experience running many opportunities at once in a fast paced environment
Proven upward mobility: a clear track record of internal promotion at a single high-growth company. We value builders who stay to see the results of their work
Insurance or claims experience is a plus, not a requirement
