Product Ownership

• Understand product and client goals, and turn them into clear priorities for the development team
• Maintain a simple, realistic roadmap and keep it updated as things evolve
• Work closely with developers/designers to make sure what's delivered matches what was planned

• Be a reliable, friendly point of contact for clients
• Run regular updates and check-ins so clients always know where things stand
• Turn questions or concerns into clear next steps

Business Growth

• Follow up on incoming leads with helpful, genuine communication
• Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts — new features, upsells, renewals, referrals
• Support proposals and pricing conversations with a good grasp of client needs

Presentations & Demos

• Prepare and deliver product demos and progress presentations that are easy to follow, even for non-technical stakeholders

Documentation (AI-Assisted)

• Keep requirement docs, meeting notes, and product knowledge organized
• Use AI tools to speed up documentation, reporting, and day-to-day admin work — this is an expected and encouraged part of how you work, not an extra skill on the side
