Principal Autonomy & Perception Systems Engineer

We are specifically looking for a true builder. You should be comfortable opening an unfamiliar repository, running the system, identifying architectural weaknesses, debugging real-time perception problems, writing critical code yourself, and directing other engineers toward a coherent architecture.

We need someone who can seamlessly transition between: Algorithm ➔ Code ➔ Sensor ➔ Edge Computer ➔ Network ➔ Operator Interface ➔ Physical World.

Core Required Technical Domain Experience

• Demonstrated deep experience in robotics, autonomous systems, computer vision, multi-object tracking, and multi-camera re-identification.
• Proven expertise in sensor fusion, state estimation, real-time perception systems, and edge computing.
• Deep technical mastery of C++, Python, OpenCV, PyTorch, NVIDIA CUDA/TensorRT, Linux, and Docker.
• Experience building distributed or event-driven systems, geospatial systems, and real-time data pipelines.
• Conceptual clarity: Must understand the fundamental distinctions between detection, observation, track, identity, and persistent real-world entity, with the ability to design architectures connecting them.
