Role Description The Owner will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Immunity by Cell Press, ensuring the journal maintains its position as a premier publication in immunology.

This full-time, on-site role in Comilla District involves setting long-term vision, overseeing editorial policies, and guiding decisions related to content quality, scope, and impact.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with editorial and publishing teams, managing key partnerships, monitoring financial performance, and driving initiatives that strengthen the journal’s reputation and reach.

The Owner will engage with the scientific community, support outreach and marketing activities, and ensure adherence to ethical publishing standards. The role also includes supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance work environment.
