Role Description The Bioinformatician will work full time on-site at TMSS Medical College in Bogra, collaborating with clinicians, researchers, and laboratory teams to support data-driven medical and biological research. Daily activities include processing and analyzing sequencing data, integrating clinical and laboratory datasets, and applying statistical methods to interpret results. The role involves developing and maintaining bioinformatics pipelines, documenting methodologies, and preparing reports, visualizations, and publications to communicate findings.
