Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or relevant Vocational Education.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in utility systems and/or treatment plant operations & maintenance.
Must Have
Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) of treatment plants (WTP, ETP, STP) and/or utility systems.
Experience in SCADA monitoring and PLC-based control systems.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment such as pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, valves, generators, electrical substations, and 33kV distribution/transmission systems.
Preferred
Experience in treatment plant laboratory work and chemical handling.
Experience in combined treatment plant operations.
Experience in Ring Main Unit (RMU) operation and maintenance.
Experience with fire protection and fire detection systems.
Experience in sensor troubleshooting and instrument calibration, including flow meters, actuated valves, and related instruments.
Hands-on experience in solar power plant construction, operation, and maintenance.
Relevant technical certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Other Requirements
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Concept of KAIZEN understanding is a privilege.
Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and teamwork.
