Handle day-to-day procurement activities for factory requirements.

Procure garment accessories and packing materials such as zipper, label, thread, poly, carton, hangtag, tape, and other related items from local suppliers.

Procure machine spare parts, engineering items, consumables, and other factory supplies from local markets and suppliers.

Source new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.

Collect and compare quotations and negotiate price, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Ensure materials are purchased according to approved specification, quality, quantity, and required delivery date.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.

Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, supplier information, invoices, and procurement documents.

Monitor purchase costs and support cost-effective procurement.
