Officer/ Executive, Sales HR

Transcom Beverages Limited, the exclusive franchisee of PepsiCo in Bangladesh is looking for dynamic, competent, and result-oriented HR professional.

The roles and responsibilities are as follows:

• Work closely with the Sales Team to provide effective, value-added HR solutions aligned with business needs and objectives.

• Manage and coordinate salary, sales incentive, and final settlement processes for the Sales force.

• Work closely with recruitment agencies to ensure timely closure of Sales vacancies, particularly for SR positions, and proactively drive key HR processes including recruitment, selection, and performance data analysis.

• Support Sales manpower planning, headcount optimization, and workforce productivity initiatives.

• Partner closely with the Sales Team to identify capability gaps and support the implementation of Sales capability development initiatives.

• Provide timely HR inputs, advice, and recommendations to the business on people-related matters.

• Drive effective initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention across the Sales Team.

• Conduct HR and people analytics to provide insights for management decision-making related to people and performance.

• Monitor and coordinate SR insurance and mobile bill processes.

• Participate in and contribute to various HR and business projects as assigned.

• Arrange & coordinate Sales /DB Meeting in different place in the country.
