Responsibilities & Context

Manage the day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination activities of the Nursing Institute.
Conduct online and offline marketing and promotional activities to attract Nursing students, Caregiving trainees, and Japanese language learners.
Visit coaching centers, educational institutions, training centers, organizations, and other relevant places in different districts and areas to promote the institute’s courses and programs.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with educational institutions, coaching centers, training organizations, community representatives, and other relevant stakeholders for promotional and admission purposes.
Handle student admission, registration, documentation, attendance, record-keeping, and related administrative tasks.
Communicate with prospective students, trainees, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding courses, admission procedures, fees, and program details.
Conduct phone calls, follow-ups, field visits, district-level promotional campaigns, social media promotions, and other outreach activities to increase student/trainee enrollment.
Provide counseling and guidance to prospective students and trainees regarding course eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and career opportunities.
Coordinate with instructors, trainers, management, and relevant departments to ensure smooth academic, training, and administrative operations.
Assist in organizing and coordinating orientation programs, examinations, training sessions, events, seminars, promotional campaigns, and other institutional activities.
Support the institute’s marketing, admission, administrative, and operational activities as assigned by management.
Work towards achieving assigned student/trainee enrollment and admission targets through effective marketing, promotional, and follow-up activities.
